As graduation draws near, we’re sitting down with the class of 2023 to talk about their time at Sioux Falls Lutheran School and what the future holds.

Intended field of study: Network Administration/Cyber Security

How did you decide on a school/field of study?
I went to some computer camps and really enjoyed it.

What makes DSU a good fit for you?
DSU is a good fit for me, because they have a great computer program.

Which classes, programs, and/or faculty at Sioux Falls Lutheran School helped support your interest in your planned field of study?
I think every class I took at SFLS will be helpful in the future.

Are there any other activities that had a significant impact on you during your time at SFLS?
I really enjoyed sewing in life skills and all the projects in art class.

If you could go back and change one thing, what would it be?
I would have transferred to SFLS earlier.

What advice would you share with underclassmen at SFLS?
Work on study habits during your time in high school.

What is your favorite Bible verse?
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” –Proverbs 3: 5-6
