At Sioux Falls Lutheran School grades K-12 will celebrate Friday, October 25 by a WEAR RED DAY and by wearing fun hats. What is Red Ribbon Week? Red Ribbon Week was begun by First Lady Nancy Reagan. It is an awareness week celebrated each year October 23-31. Red Ribbon Week highlights the importance of living a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. It is a great way for schools, businesses, churches and other community organizations to reinforce and to share drug-free, healthy living messages throughout the year.
